Support the Missionary
How does this support the missionary? We filter decisions, goals, plans, strategies through that question. We lead trips, start businesses, finance projects, build websites, sell t-shirts, and have bake sales all so we can spread the gospel by supporting missionaries. Both resident missionaries and commuter missionaries. WE ARE NOT HIRING people to do what we aren’t willing to do. WE ARE INVESTING in people to do what they are called to do!
Sustainability
Think “Hand up” versus “Hand out”. We work, dream, plan, and practice ways to create sustainability strategies. What works in Thailand may not work in Zambia, but something works and we aim to find out what. Both in the field and at home, we think long and hard on ways to make sure we don’t “eat the seed” instead of “planting for harvest.” Raise chickens as opposed to buying chicken. Raise funds that raise funds.
